Returns
Because every item is made with your photo, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it for free.
Photo tips
- Use a bright, sharp photo where your pet’s face is clearly visible.
- Phone photos work great. Avoid screenshots and very dark or blurry pictures.
